1. What does Teach Me Now sell?

2. Are your products physical or digital?
All of our products are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
No physical products are shipped.
3. How will I receive my purchase?
After your payment is completed, you'll receive immediate access to your digital download.
A download link will also be sent to your email address.
4. How many times can I download my files?
Your downloads are available according to Shopify's download settings. We recommend downloading and safely storing your files after purchase.
5. I didn't receive my download. What should I do?

6. Can I print the worksheets multiple times?
Yes.
You may print your purchased resources as many times as needed for your own classroom, homeschool, or personal educational use.
7. Can I share my purchased files with others?
No.
Each purchase is licensed for the individual customer only.
You may not share, distribute, upload, resell, or redistribute our digital files.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.
However, if you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days and we'll gladly help resolve the issue.
