Because we sell digital products, all purchases are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

• All sales are considered final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges after a product has been downloaded or accessed.
• Refunds are generally not available for digital products.

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
• You received the wrong product.
• There is a technical issue on our end preventing access to your purchase.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.
• Purchasing the wrong product.
• Not reading the product description before purchase.
• Incompatibility with your software or device when compatibility requirements were clearly stated.
